Are you insured?
Yes. Setsumi Facilities is fully insured and COIDA-compliant, with Workers' Compensation cover for all staff on client sites.
Which industry bodies are you registered with?
We're members of the NCCA and ISSA for cleaning standards, SAPCA for structural pest control, and we're a registered employer with the CCNF for staff pension contributions.
Can you support government or defence tenders?
Yes — we already service Public Works and Department of Defence sites, and can supply the compliance documentation most tenders require.
